When somebody else has an Ariana Grande inspired look, people are all like, “Aw, you look so cute :)” and everything. But. When Acacia has an Ariana Grande inspired look, and looks FLAWLESS (as always) all HELL breaks loose.
“Ugly.”
“You look like you’re 12 years old.”
“Can you not?”
“Ew.”
“Why did you even try?”
“LOL are you serious?”
“I’m laughing so hard right now.”

Really? Really guys? Because as far as I know, she didn’t ask how you felt about it, and didn’t your mommy teach you, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.”?

Half of you are just bullying her because you’re behind a computer screen. I dare you, I DARE you to go up to her and say the things you say to her on twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. because I don’t think you would.

Think about it for a second though. What if you were so confident in an outfit you put together, and you went out in public to show off all of your hard work, and somebody just said, “You’re ugly,” “That looks ugly,” “You’re not cute,” “Stop trying.” You wouldn’t like that at all, huh? You’d feel like a big bag of dirt. Well imagine how Acacia feels. People actually say stuff like that to her online. She’s a person too. Just because she has a lot of twitter and instagram followers, a lot of views on YouTube, a lot of notes on tumblr, and a lot of people just know who she is, doesn’t mean she’s not a person too. She has feelings. It might be hard to believe, but she does. Use empathy. How would you feel if you had to deal with this everyday. Most people who had to deal with that are dead. They killed themselves. Remember Amanda Todd? Six months ago. Killed herself. That’s why I look up to Acacia because she knows how to deal with it, because she’s used to it. She’s so strong. And she’s still here. God forbid something happened to her: it’d be your fault. How would you feel if you were responsible for the death of a peer?
